If you will look at the drawing, you will see that we have pictorially expressed the immortal self in spirit, connected to the self that you know, expressing on the three-dimensional plane with a physical body, an emotional body, a mental body and a spiritual body. As you can see, each of those bodies is connected by a bridge directly to your immortal spiritual being and each body is also tied to the next body.

The process is very simple. We first must understand that it is the emotions and the emotional body which tie us to the constant round of reincarnation on this planet. The Four-Fold Path is a process of detaching ourselves emotionally from all the things which exist in our lives here on planet Earth.

When building a survival community it is necessary to not only think of how to survive the chaos of the next few years but how to build in order to be prepared to survive the long term future.

Surviving the five to ten years of war, famine, disease, geologic change and general population destruction and upheaval has its obvious requirements, Location, Shelter, Food, Medicine.
